No. Participation in the choir is free of charge, all the materials are also provided free of charge.  The only cost to school is transporting pupils to rehearsals and the show venue.

Between 8 and 23 and part of a school, college or university group.

Junior members must be 16-18 and Co-ordinators must be 19 and over.  they should also be living in the area of one of the shows.

Yes. Each will be drawn from the local area surrounding the venue.

You will receive a full information pack which will answer all your questions.

Yes.  Primary schools with receive the sheet music for the melody line, a vocal backing track for the part you will be singing and a piano back tracking for all the songs.  You will also receive a pdf of the words for the white board and a sheet with the words to be copied for the children.

High Schools will receive the full score and vocal recordings of all the SATB parts for use on PDF and MP3.

Two members of staff from primary school will have the opportunity of attending a full day CPD training on “Engaging Children in Singing:.  This is being offered at a reduced cost as we see this as an investment for the future.

Yes.  We are very open to questions and aim respond within 48 hours.  For primary schools there is a regional rehearsal– placed as near to a group of schools as possible. We then hold a mass rehearsal for primary schools with the Musical Director.  High Schools have one mass rehearsal with the Musical Director.  One of the Beyond Words Team will visit your school to meet the choir and teaching staff.

We recruit schools, colleges and Universities from a 50 mile radius of the Motorpoint Arena – this covers an 11 county area.
